The secret to losing weight is to eat and drink the right kinds of foods until you are full and satisfied. If you skip meals and food, it will slow your metabolism and your health will deteriorate.

Vitamin C helps the body process fat faster and also stimulates the carnitine amino acid which speeds up the body’s fat-burning capacity.
Apples and pears are good sources of pectin, which helps you to use up stored energy and reduce the amount of calories that your body is able to store as fat. Apples are also a good source of antioxidants that can help to prevent metabolic syndrome, a condition which can lead to an accumulation of fat around the abdomen.
Calcium Rich Dairy Products: Calcium in dairy products like milk, cheese and yogurt act as fat burner that can boost weight loss by increasing fat breakdown in fat cells. A dairy-rich diet with same calorie restriction can nearly double the rate of weight and fat loss.
Chilies are an excellent choice for anyone trying to lose weight. Cayenne and chili peppers are excellent sources of capsaicin, a compound which causes an increase in metabolic rate which lasts for as long as 20 minutes after eating hot peppers.
Getting plenty of fiber and protein in your diet are also important if you’re trying to lose abdominal fat and weight. It takes more energy to digest protein than it does fat, so it’s something which helps out any diet. Lentils and other beans are good sources of fiber and protein and should be added to your diet along with whole grains and low fat dairy products.
