<p>The First Two Days Of Hell<br />
The first two days would be hell. The headache will be unbearable. Take in more water and I had to avoid getting hungry by anticipating your hunger. Eat before you feel it. Having to eat fruit and vegetables the whole day will not be pleasant but you just have to take it. </p>
<p>Getting Easy<br />
The third day will be surprisingly easy. Your body will suddenly adapt to your system even you will be surprised. You will not crave for meat anymore but you might have to start researching about other sources of protein. Your brains need it. </p>
<p>What is Metabolism?<br />
Metabolism, in literal terms, means change from the Greek word metabole. According to Medterms Dictionary, scientifically, it refers to an internal motion in our body that allows us to live. This refers to the activities of our body tissues that make us grow, reproduce, repair damage and respond to external influences. There are two kinds: Anabolism and Catabolism. </p>
<p>Catabolism is the process of converting what we in take to energy that our body uses for activities. Anabolism is the process of using that energy to build better things for us. Think of it as a construction of a new house. Bricks are used to build the structure. </p>

You could say that I learned to process food in the truest sense of the word.</p>
<p>The processing of food began in the days before recorded history. People had to preserve food to survive, so they dried or froze their vegetables and meat and they stored roots in cool, dry areas. Some foods were salted to increase the amount of time they would keep. Processing and preserving food was a matter of survival.</p>
<p>People still process and preserve their own foods at home today, though their methods are more sophisticated. As a child, I learned a lot about growing, preserving, and preparing foods, including processing and canning fruits and vegetables, blanching and freezing vegetables, and processing meat in a pressure canner or just freezing it. There are lots of food preservation methods that you can undertake right in your own home.</p>
<p>This is an interesting subject because although we think of unhealthy junk foods when we hear the word &#8220;processed,&#8221; there are still methods of processing foods that don&#8217;t make them unhealthy. We used sugar and salt during the processing, but the foods were still healthy.</p>
<p>Since we know that it&#8217;s possible to process foods and still keep them healthy, why are there so many additives in the food at the grocery store today? They do make the food last longer, but it doesn&#8217;t seem like a very good deal to trade our health so that our food can have a longer shelf life.</p>
<p>I feel that corporations have added some of these substances to improve the taste of their foods and keep us buying them. Many foods have large amounts of salt added, which enhances the flavors of the food. So many of the foods we consume on a daily basis have added salt that we&#8217;re now accustomed to the extra sodium.</p>
<p>Food without salt just doesn&#8217;t taste as good to us. Fat and sugar are also added to many foods, with similar effect on our food preferences.</p>
<p>Still, there is hope out there in the grocery store. The recent attention given to the unhealthiness of many common food items has led more manufacturers to process foods in natural and healthy ways, which is very commendable on their part.</p>

Masticating juicer is also capable of producing baby food, sauces, nut butter and fruit sorbets, like triturating juicer too.</p>
