In my quest to try all the ardyss products so that I can give my own opinion and suggestions to my customers I am now trying Ardyss Thermogen Plus. This is only day one dose one. So I can really speak to what it is designed to do and what my goals are. As you may know the Ardyss system has two parts. The first part is the Reshaping products which provide you with the instant transformation. Second are the Nutritional products that help you on the inside. My goal has been to reshape my body and lose weight in the process. Enter – Ardyss Thermogen Plus.
Thermogen Plus is natural herbal tea that is a metabolic enhancer that is formulated to curb your appetite and ultimately help you lose weight. It does this using a process called Thermogenesis .
Thermogenesis is a natural process in which fat is burned to produce body heat. As many of us have experienced fat that isn’t burned is stored on the hips, thighs, stomach, etc. – You can ay that again. Thermogenic agents are designed to counteract your body’s fat storage mechanisms by causing your body to maintain a higher metabolic rate. So basically it ireases your core temperature to burn fat quicker. The thermogenic process can be jump-started by a number of factors including cold, exercise, food and dietary supplements.
One of the main ingredients in Thermogen Plus is Garcinia Cambogia which reportedly does not have any known adverse effects in healthy adults. But as with everything out there I always suggest consulting a doctor – I am not a doctor and do not play one on TV. On the container it specifically warns against use by children, pregnant and lactating women, diabetics and people with cardiovascular disease.
Another ingredient I had to look up was Taurine which is a critical amino acid for the brain as it helps generate nerve impulses. Taurine supplement plays an important role in metabolism. It is also an antioxidant with detoxifying activities seen especially in the eyes and the lungs. Other common conditions helped by Taurine include fluid retention and high blood pressure.
Now the Lotus Leaf Extract and Green Tea Extract found in Thermogen Plus are purport to help suppress appetite and promote lipolysis (the process of breaking down fat into free fatty acids and glycerol). Since lipolysis must take place before fat can be burned it seems to be an important element.
Well I took a break when writing to so I can now report of day one dose two. The first one I had with cold water, this second I had with hot water. Both are okay but I think I like the cold water although is takes some serious stirring to get it to completely dissolve. But what’s a little stirring to get these last few pounds off. Maybe I ever burned a few extra calories in the process.
