Training in your comfort zone is a surefire way to never get the body you want. After all, the majority of change happens when you are pushing yourself on the outer edge of your capabilities.

The main issue here, however, is that many people don’t like pushing themselves to the edge. Instead, they would rather remain within their limits even if it means being stuck with a body they don’t want.

So here is how to bust out of your plateau:

1. Break out of your routine: We are creatures of habit, and exercise is no exception here. So trying something entirely new may seem daunting and a major pain. But if you venture out of your comfort zone and push your body in ways that it hasn’t been pushed before, you will notice some major changes.

2. Quantify fear: If you simply let fear linger in your head, you are less likely to ever take action. And if you don’t take action, you won’t notice any results. And by writing fears down, they usually lose their power because you notice how exaggerated they are.

3. Train in your mind’s eye: Visualization works, research has proven this time and again. And not only does it provide psychological advantages, but it also primes your nervous system for the next level of training. So make it a habit to visualize the next level right before you are about reach it.

4. Don’t jump into it all at once: If you prefer tackling the next level one step at a time, then by all means do so. This is much better than simply never changing. By doing things one at a time, you will be able to transition with ease.

5. Get a partner: There is nothing better than to have someone along with you in the journey to going further. Even better, if you can start training with somebody that is already at the level you want to be at, you will get there faster.

So are you ready to take your workouts to the next level? If you have been training comfortable for some time, it’s time to change. This is the only way you are going to get the body you want!

Often, tax foreclosures occur when the owner of a home does not pay their taxes, makes no effort to pay their taxes and does not have any monetary assets for the government (local or federal depending on the type of taxes owed) to take. Tax Foreclosure Properties are available in every state and city in the US because of the record number of people who are unable to pay the taxes on their homes due to the tough economy. These numbers are expected to continue to rise.

The appearance of so many Tax Foreclosure Properties shows the evidence of a depressed economy. There is an upside, however, as it also provides an opportunity for people who are not as affected by the economy. These homes that are foreclosed on by the government will be put up for auction, allowing investors to purchase a home at rock bottom prices. This is a sign of a great opportunity.

There are a couple of different ways that potential investors can find tax foreclosure properties. The most common way is to pay for a database with a list of houses. Why this is the preferred method is because all of the information is in the same place, making it easy to find a property in desired locations around the United States.

One of the things that many people do not realize is that they have to be prepared for two things during an auction of a tax foreclosed property. The first thing is that even though the starting bid for a home might be, for example $10,000, the auction may end up driving the price to a much higher level. The second thing is that just like any other type of auction, you must have the money to pay for the home when the auction is over. The payment must be in the form of a cashiers check.

A smart methods to consider is one that investors might use is visiting city and county websites to see scheduled auctions. This method takes a lot more time and effort because every site holds different information. What’s more, some government sites have the information readily available, making it easy to find, while others have it buried in the website and it may be next to impossible to find the information. Your time is valuable so take that into consideration when considering whether or not to purchase a list of soon-to-be foreclosed homes etc.

If you have never invested in property before and you are looking into Tax Foreclosure Properties an an investment opportunity, then you should be patient and do your homework. There are a lot of things that you need to know about buying a home in this way. Fortunately, you can find a great deal of great information and even training online to assist you in starting the investment process.

Hi there, Andrew Brison here…

If you’re searching for workouts for love handles, then you just found a friend. I was in the exact same position as where you are right now when I started out. I wasn’t able to find a blog that documents everything prior to and after trying out a fitness system so when I found the effective 1, I decided to start my own blog. I am going to tell you about my journey of completely obtaining rid of love handles. Here’s the system that I’ve been using if you’re want to check it out real quick.

But first, let me tell you about where I got started.

I’m generally fairly happy about myself since childhood…but for a long time now (let’s see, maybe in my early twenties when my body just quit fighting fat) I’ve been gradually putting on weight…

I truly tried to ignore it but I’ll be honest…it tore me up inside…sometimes I would get so depressed when I looked in the mirror…

You know how that feels right?

Well, I finally decided to do something about losing the additional 37 pounds I’d gained over the years…And I tried everything…

At very first I was lazy and went with the pills, and then all of the various diets, after which just attempting not to eat sweets or junk food… There was even a time that I tried a Chinese slimming tea which just tasted awful.

Good news is that I started seeing results…but then after some time, I don’t know what happened, but my progress got truly slow and then eventually stopped. It was really frustrating.

But the worst was when I had lost some weight with a diet and felt really great about it…only to gain the weight back a few months later…I was so angry!

Sound familiar?

This went on for a while until a close friend of mine in college introduced me to Truth About Abs…she had been just like me-overweight and no self confidence-and for her it had worked.

I’ll be honest, at first I was a little skeptical, I’d never heard of the diet before and wasn’t really certain it would work for me…

But I saw that it has a sixty day full money back guarantee…and it costs 40 bucks so I knew that I could take the chance…I’d wasted far much more $$$ on worse products…

I’m happier, I have much more self confidence, and my relationship to individuals is better…don’t say I’m shallow but I love all the looks I get from women when I go places too!

So, I highly recommend Truth About Abs to anyone! It’s my all-in-one system to practically get rid of adore handles fast and simple.

So what is bicep tendonitis? Bicep tendonitis is when you over train your biceps and you cause undue stress on the bicep tendons. You see the bicep tendon is attached to your shoulders at one point and to your forearms in another point. when you over train your biceps this tendon wear out and when that happens you begin to feel pain at these tendons and this what is called bicep tendonitis

Repetitive movements like performing to many curls or throwing a baseball will inevitable lead to tendonitis.

The symptoms include

- pain when bending arm

- Localized softness or tenderness

- From time to time hearing a pop sound in your shoulder as well as feeling a sudden sharp pain in your shoulder area.

So the next question that arises is that you are wondering how to prevent bicep tendonitis.

If you feel bicep tendonitis is creeping up on you its time to take action. It’s a very annoying injury to acquire and its only cure is rest. But the problem is that some serious athletes can’t completely rest or take time off. In that case the best thing to do is ice it regularly. Icing an injury will help with preventing bicep tendonitis and will help speed up recovery. Another thing to do is regularly stopping and stretching the targeted muscle that also could be very useful. And the last thing is don’t push it. By this I mean that serious athletes always want to push themselves and that’s fine but not when you might acquire bicep tendonitis. In that case take any rest opportunity you can find. Rest in reality is the only cure

So let’s say you have come down with acute bicep tendonitis how do you heal yourself?

-Rest. Like I mention above. Rest is the only true cure for tendonitis. At this point you need to stop all and any strenuous activity on your bicep muscle

- Ice. Put a cold pack or ice on the spot where you feel pain. 20 minutes 4 times daily to reduce swelling

-Stretching. After acute pain has died down you should perform light, gentle stretches to the bicep with tendonitis.

- Medication. Take ibuprofen (Advil. Etc) to help with any pain and to help with inflammation

Try to avoid bicep tendonitis from the beginning. Do this by avoiding over training. Its one thing to train hard its another to over do it. So be careful with your training and avoid bicep tendonitis

One of the best parts of the gym is the ability to grunt and make faces like a real brute and get away with it. This usually happens when you’re pushing through some pain and yelling at your muscles not to fail on you.

This article will show you why training to failure is important and how to do it properly.

We’ve all been there. That point of complete exhaustion when your muscles cry Uncle and you can’t lift a single thing.

I was lifting 85 lbs dumb bells yesterday on the incline bench when I reached failure on the down stroke. If it weren’t for my spotter, I would’ve been in serious trouble.

I knew I was done with chest for the day, and unlike so many other trainees, I moved on to another exercise after that.

If you train to muscle failure, you’ve recruited just about every fiber of muscle you have and they’ve all failed. When your muscles oxidize (do work) they produce lactic acid. When that acid builds up, they don’t move anymore.

This is important because you’ve now effectively torn that majority of the muscle. Giving you the maximum chance of recovery.

By damaging 60% of the muscle, only 60% will repair itself. But damaging 97% of the muscle will cause 97% to repair itself. The more muscle that repairs itself, the faster you’ll see significant growth. Greater repair means greater growth. The repair may take a little longer, but not significantly longer and you’ll see more muscle.

Keep your tempo steady throughout the lift while keeping your technique as good as possible. Make sure it’s your muscles failing and not your joints. Keep a positive attitude and push through the pain until you can’t perform the movement anymore.

This is a great strategy for maximum muscle growth but it is a little dangerous without a spotter. Always get someone to spot you on that last set or two when you know you’re going to give out.

You need to communicate with your spotter as to when you’re about to fail and they should be vigilant to look for signs of failure.

I would end with the cliche, No Pain, No Gain, but that’s not exactly true, lol. So I’ll just say, Train Hard and Train Smart.
